GDPR and compliance with privacy laws

Add a privacy notice on Dropboards
You can add a privacy footer on your job applications by customizing your Dropboards. Click "Dropboards" in the menu and then "Preview / Edit" on the Dropboard you wish to edit.
Under "Customizations" expand the compliance section. by clicking "Show compliance settings"
Enter whatever notice you'd like and optionally add up to two links for the candidate to learn more.
GDPR tools
Go to Settings > GDPR to find tools you can use to help your organization stay compliant with privacy laws. In your privacy efforts you may wish to allow candidates to request access or actions on their personal data.
Enter the candidates' email address and then choose one of these options below within Dropboard to assist in these requests.
- Download zip file of all this person’s data
- Produces a portable data package of information Dropboard's platform has for this person
- Add to suppression list
- Puts this person on a list to disallow your organization from importing or creating records on their behalf. Any attempt to create a candidate for this person will report back a message that the action was disallowed.
- If a candidate is on this list and attempts to apply to a job, they will see an error message saying that they must request your organization remove them from the suppression list first.
- Remove from suppression list
- Takes a person off the suppression list so that they can again become a candidate for your organization.
- Delete all of this person’s data
- Permanently deletes all data your organization has in Dropboard for that person
