Can I share a candidate with another clients?

If you have a candidate that might be a better fit with a different client than the one they originally applied for, you can make a duplicate of that candidate.

Click on the candidate and look to the "…" menu. Select "Copy to Client" like so:

From here a modal window will show, allowing you to make multiple copies of this candidate for other clients:

All of the candidate's information will be duplicated and assigned to the clients you checked except for the job they applied for.

Your top-level organization will be shown in this list if you would like to copy a candidate that came from a client's job into your top-level organization.
