Saved submissions
Whenever a candidate submits themselves to one of the jobs on your site, Dropboard will temporarily save their submission on their device.
This is a feature on our Business plan and up.
When they apply to a second position, they'll be happily surprised to find that the form will be pre-populated from their last submission, saving them from having to re-enter everything all over again.
The form will be pre-filled with their name, email address, resume, and any custom fields on your application form.
How long will submissions be saved?
As soon as your candidate closes their browser tab, the submission will be permanently wiped from their device. We recommend using your "thank you message" customization on the "Application confirmation" view to instruct them to close the tab when they are finished.
Disabling this feature
When editing your Dropboard or portal settings, click on "Compliance" under the "Application form" preview. Uncheck the checkbox for using saved submissions and no temporary data will be stored on your candidate's device.
