Reviewing candidate applications via email
Every job has at least one hiring manager. This can be any email address, even someone outside of your organization.
Whenever a candidate submits an application, a detailed email will be sent to the hiring manager for that job. It will include everything you need to review the candidate including any custom questions you placed on the application as well as their attached resume, automatically converted to PDF for easy review.
To engage the client with next steps, just reply to the email notification.
