Using the candidate database
Click on "Candidates" in Dropboard and you'll see a complete listing of every candidate who has applied to your jobs.
You can filter, search, sort, and export candidates to CSV. If you used our form designer on any of your Dropboards to ask custom questions, your candidates' answers will be included in the table as you scroll to the right.
Filtering by client (if on our Recruiter plan) and job is done via the dropdowns above the table. To filter by other attributes, including location and workflow status, click on the filter icon:
