Candidate panel

When viewing a candidate's details (for instance, by clicking on a candidate in your database) a panel will slide-up showing you everything you have on file for that person.

If a candidate submits themselves to more than one job, or you add them to multiple jobs, the candidate panel will pull it all together. As long as the submitted information has the same email address, your notes, attributes, and resumes for this person are all merged together into one clear package.

Let's look at an example:

1) Instant resume viewer

You can instantly scroll through all of the pages of the candidate's resume. No downloading is necessary, however, if you need it you can click the "Download" button that shows when you hover over the resume.

When you hover over a resume, these options show allowing you to copy the download link or update the resume with a new one.

Resume options

Whenever you upload a new resume, the old resume is saved as a candidate attribute.

If your candidate was submitted to multiple jobs, you'll see their submitted resume for each one as you scroll.

2) Candidate fields and attributes

Everything the candidate submitted goes here. That includes their cover letter and any answers to the custom questions you placed on your Dropboard when they submitted their application, as well as any custom attributes your team maintains.

A handy "Copy" button shows up for each of these values when you hover your mouse over them so you can quickly copy their answer.

Click on the candidate's email address to open your browser's email client to a new email to this person.

3) Workflow stages

Using the shortcut buttons at the top of the panel, you can quickly thumbs-up or thumbs-down a candidate. This will move the candidate to the stage shown, which you can customize in your workflow setup. And you can always send a candidate to a specific step by clicking the center dropdown. You can even more candidates to a different workflow you've created.

4) Candidate notes and other jobs

Take notes and add follow-up tasks for your team on the "Notes" tab. Learn more here.

The "Jobs" tab shows you other submissions for this candidate. Easily submit them to other jobs or move them through workflow stages for each job. Learn more here.

5) Edit candidate details and more

The "…" menu lets you edit a candidate's name, email address, cover letter, or even change the job they have applied to. You can also delete a candidate's entire record. If you are using our Recruiter plan, you can make a copy of a candidate to send it to another client.
