Adding notes and tasks to candidates
On our Business plans and higher your team can capture notes, images, and tasks on any candidate to enrich their profile as you work them through your hiring process. Watch our walkthrough video here.
From the candidate database or board views, click on a candidate to bring up the candidate panel. You'll notice a "Notes" tab which you can click to begin.
Here are some ways you can take notes
- Select text to change it's formatting
- Use the "+" sign to add different types of content like lists, tasks, headings, and images
- Alternatively you can press "/" on a new line to get this same menu
- Paste an image from your clipboard
- Drag items up and down to reorder notes
- Create a "checklist" to record tasks and have your team check them off as you go
Things to know
Notes are shared across anyone in Dropboard with access to this candidate and are automatically saved as you type.
