Custom domain

With our Recruiter plan, you can create a white-labeled version of Dropboard for your clients. Set a few DNS records on your website and you can deliver your Dropboard portal from your own domain.

How to create your custom domain

1) Click on Clients in the top menu

2) In the "Management settings" area, click "Set up a custom domain"

3) Type your whole domain and hit "Save". In the example below we typed "demo.dropboardhq.com":

4) This will show you the exact DNS records you need to create for your domain (in your GoDaddy, Namecheap, Cloudflare, etc — usually wherever your website is hosted).

5) Click "Check Again" periodically until your DNS record propagates the internet

Using a root domain

To use a root domain (like "mywebsite.com" instead of "careers.mywebsite.com"), your domain provider must support CNAME records at the apex of a DNS zone.
