White-labeled portal settings
Your portal is a white-labeled version of Dropboard that your clients will use to manage their jobs and view candidates. From their perspective, they'll see Dropboard functionality without Dropboard branding.
You can edit your portal settings by going to Clients > Your Portal in the menu.
Signup form
While you can always invite clients yourself, you can also enable a signup form on your portal that collects requests for your services. You can decide who on your team should receive these requests and be the one to approve or decline them.
Check out this page for instructions on using a custom domain for your portal.
You can ask up to three open-ended questions to go along with these requests:

Request handling
The next settings determine what the requestor receives when your team handles their request. When you approve a request, the client will receive an invitation email with instructions for setting up their account. You can include a customized welcome message in that email.
By default, the client is not notified when you decline their request, but you can check the box shown below and customize the entire subject + body of an email notification that will go out to them.
Check out this page to learn how you can use SendGrid to send these emails from your domain.
