Handling client signup requests
See this page for help enabling a signup form on your portal so clients can request your services. Once a request comes in, here's how things work.
Email notification
The teammates you've elected as "request managers" in your settings will receive an email like the one below when a new request comes in. It will include answers to any of the questions you set up on the form.
Click the link to view a page where you can quickly approve or decline the request. You can also go to "Clients" in the menu and click on "Signup requests" if there are any available.
In either case, you'll see a screen similar to this where you can handle the request:
On approval or decline
Approved clients will be sent an email invitation with instructions for joining your portal and a welcome message you've customized in your settings.
By default, the requestor is not notified when you decline a request. In your settings you can change this so that a customized email is sent.
Billing
You’ll be billed for each client approved and added to your organization.
