Public job links

Every job comes with a unique job code. This code is automatically generated for you, but you can customize it as you create your job. Once a job is created, the job code cannot be changed.

Click on "Jobs" in the main menu. Click the "…" menu next to any job to view the public link or copy it to your clipboard. Viewing the public link is only available to jobs that are currently open.

The public link for your job provides you with a sharable link where you can direct candidates to apply for your job without requiring a Dropboard embed.

If you want to customize how this page looks and what fields are collected on the application form, you can associate any job with a specific Dropboard's settings.

For organizations on our Recruiter plan, if you don't specify this, the default settings will be pulled from your white-labeled portal settings. Also for Recruiter organizations, your jobs' public links will use your custom domain instead of Dropboard's url if you have one configured.
