Is there a delay when I make updates?

Changes to jobs or the embed settings used to show them on your site can take 5-10 minutes to take effect on your website. This delay is part of a caching technique we use to ensure your pages load as fast as possible.

Is Dropboard available in other languages?

How do I cancel my subscription?

Visit Settings > Billing and click "Manage Billing." From there you can click "Cancel Plan" and follow the prompts.

Can I use outside links to collect candidate applications for certain jobs?

Our plans are not refundable. You can cancel at any time, so we suggest choosing a monthly plan instead of yearly if you are testing out whether Dropboard will work for you.
