Why aren't my updates showing?

Some changes can take 5-10 minutes to take effect on your website. This is because Dropboard uses caching techniques to ensure your pages load as fast as possible.

Is Dropboard available in other languages?

While Dropboard allows you to customize many labels and areas of text in your embedded candidate experience, Dropboard is an English-only app.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Visit Settings > Billing and click "Manage Billing." From there you can click "Cancel Plan" and follow the prompts.

Can I get a refund?

Our monthly and yearly plans are not refundable.
