Workflows for clients
Every organization starts with a default workflow to move candidates through the hiring process, and you can create multiple workflows to model variations to your primary flow. Start here to learn more about the core elements of this feature: Candidate ATS Workflows
This article highlights how this feature works for your recruiting clients.
When you create a workflow, you can decide to restrict it to a specific client. If you do so, that workflow will only be available to that client and any candidate belonging to them. The first time you create a workflow for a client, it will become their "default" workflow.
Here are the implications for creating client-specific workflows:
- When setting up a stage with an email trigger, only the templates available to this client can be used
- Once a workflow is created, it's affiliation with that client cannot be changed
- A candidate associated with a client can only be moved to a workflow assigned to that same client or to a workflow without a client restriction
