ATS candidate board

Dropboard's Applicant Tracking System workflows help you move candidates through the hiring process. The "Board" view, is where you can see candidates by workflow stage and easily drag cards through each stage.

Click on "Candidates" in the main menu and then "Board":

Let's take a look at a sample list of candidates in our workflow and talk through each part:

Stage lanes

Each stage in your workflow is color-coded and grouped by their status: Intake, Evaluation, Offer, Accepted, and Declined. You can scroll vertically on any lane to see all your candidates in that stage and you can scroll the whole board horizontally to see all your stages.

Each stage (for instance, "New" and "Interview" in our example), can be collapsed if it helps you save some visual space. Just click on the arrow to collapse the stage and it will turn into a colored box that you can click to re-expand that stage. In our sample image, look at the "CONSIDERING" stage that is collapsed.

Candidate cards

Click on any candidate to open the slide-up panel and see a candidate's full details. You can drag these cards to other stages, for instance, we could move "Freya Stern" to the "Interview" stage.

Searching and filtering

At the top you'll see a dropboard to switch your view to a different hiring workflow. You can also search and if you click the far-right filter button, a pane will show giving you more options to filter candidates.
