Create jobs for your clients and whittle candidates down for them. When you find a great candidate, just forward the email notification to your clients. They'll get a full summary of the candidate's history, including a PDF-attached resume.
Alternatively, you can decide to let your client be the hiring manager of their own jobs instead of you. Just use their email address as the hiring manager for any job. They'll get instant email notifications of all candidates who apply. No Dropboard account necessary!
On the Recruiter plan
You can go one big step further and create a white-labeled version of Dropboard for your clients (and put it on a custom domain if you like).
They'll get a login to your portal, where they can create and manage their own jobs. They'll be able to make edits, decide who the hiring manager should be, and manage the candidates that come in. Learn more about what members can and can't do.
You get a bird's-eye view of all the jobs and candidates across your clients, with the ability to quickly filter by client. You can override any changes that clients make to their jobs, create Dropboards for embedding your clients' jobs on your site, and can easily manage client access.
